We need to spend money treating patients, not on training replacement staff because morale is low.

That is a shocking indication of how our hard-working NHS staff have been demotivated by the Tory's NHS reorganisation and approach to funding.
Every time an experienced nurse leaves the NHS, their colleagues have to spend time training and mentoring their replacements, time when they could be treating patients themselves. Often, the NHS has to rely on temporary staff who are costly and need extensive supervision.
We need to cherish our staff and give them the support they need because it will make the NHS more effective and patient waiting times will be shorter.
